The aim of the Digital Storytelling Lab is to support participants in developing innovative, forward-thinking media offerings arranged to cover multiple platforms. The focus is on projects that can hold their own on the market, or have the potential to do so, due to their special link between creative content, digital technology, and commercial perspectives.
The Lab pursues a platform-independent, user-related approach, and projects generally involve storytelling. Projects developed at the Lab are coordinated to the actual media use of the respective target groups. The Lab consists of two segments with German-speaking experts and with an international mentor in a final Masterclass, which opens up opportunities beyond the German market to the participants.
Alongside programme development, the Lab’s objective is to convey knowledge and promote interdisciplinary exchange, as well as networking in German-speaking regions.
